Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your membership and participation in the activities and events of Southside Pickleball Inc. (Spinc). By joining the club or participating in any Spinc session, you agree to comply with the following terms:

Membership

Membership is open to individuals of all skill levels and backgrounds.

Members must pay a $25 joining fee and an annual fee of $25, which provides access to discounted court hire and club benefits.

Membership is not transferable and is valid until 1 May of each calendar year.

Spinc reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership in cases of misconduct or breach of these terms.

Participation

  1. All participants must act respectfully toward others, both on and off the court.
  2. Offensive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
  3. Players are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate in physical activity and play at their own risk (see Injury Disclaimer).
  4. Equipment (paddles and balls) may be provided by Spinc but must be returned in good condition after use.

Bookings and Sessions

Sessions run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 am to 11:30 am at the Pit Building, 3 Aughtie Drive, Albert Park.

Additional Sessions on Monday from 4.00 pm to 5.30 pm (by appointment only).

Wednesday afternoon session 4pm -5.30pm

Court bookings are managed through our partner, Albert Park Indoor Sports Centre (APISC), via their booking system.

Session fees are $10 for members and $15 for non-members or casual attendees.

Cancellations should be made as early as possible to allow others to attend.

Code of Conduct

Treat fellow players, volunteers, and staff with courtesy and respect.

Play in a safe, fair, and sportsmanlike manner.

Avoid discrimination, harassment, or intimidation of any kind.
