Southside Pickleball Inc. (SPInc) is a friendly, inclusive social pickleball club committed to providing enjoyable, organised social play in a welcoming environment for players of all abilities.
Our focus is on fun, friendship, good sportsmanship and building a strong pickleball community.

MEMBERSHIP DECLARATION
I hereby apply for membership with Southside Pickleball Inc. (Spinc) and agree to comply with the Club’s Constitution, rules, regulations, policies and by-laws.
I declare that:

• I have not been convicted of an indictable offence in the past 10 years.
• I am not currently listed on the Sex Offenders Register.
• I am not prohibited by law from participating in activities involving children or other vulnerable persons.
• I will notify the Club of any changes to my contact details or eligibility status.
• I understand and acknowledge that participation in pickleball involves inherent risks, including however, not limited to sprains, fractures, falls, concussion and other physical injuries.
• I confirm that I am in good health and physically capable of participating in pickleball activities.
• I agree to conduct myself in a respectful, courteous and sportsmanlike manner towards fellow members, visitors, volunteers, committee members, venue staff and the wider community.
• I understand that Southside Pickleball Inc. reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel membership in accordance with its Constitution if any information supplied in this application is false or misleading, or if my conduct is considered contrary to the best interests of the Club.
• If accepted as a member, I indemnify and hold harmless Southside Pickleball Inc., its Committee, volunteers and members from any claims, actions, losses or liabilities arising from my participation in Club activities, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
